Our Surf Camp is led and curated by local surfer Debbie Zec. A former professional surfer with 18 years of experience coaching people from all over the world. Together with her team of highly qualified, friendly and patient coaches you will experience an authentic and unforgettable surf trip that will bring your surfing skills to the next level!

Accommodation
Relax in nature, in the comfort of your beautiful bungalow, where you will have the opportunity to spot monkeys, iguanas, toucans, hummingbirds and scarlet macaws right outside your terrace!
There are 2 options for accommodation, shared and private.
The rooms at Villas Riomar Eco hotel are large and comfortable. Equipped with everything that you may possibly need during your vacation.
Only a 10min walk to the beach!
Transportation
Our transportation partners will be serving two pick-up times from SJO Airport on arrival day at 10.00am and 3.00pm. On departure day at 7.00am and at 11.00am.
Times can vary depending on the group necessities.
The ride from the airport to Dominical is about 3 to 3.5 hrs by car.
If you are an adventurous type and wanna save time and add some extra excitement to the trip, we suggest checking out Costa Rica Green Air in case you'd like to go for the Domestic flight option (extra cost not included in the package).
Meals
Breakfast is included everyday.
A delicious combination of typical Costa Rican style breakfast buffet with many other goodies like pastries, pancakes and fresh fruits…
5 dinners will be included à la carte from the hotel group's menu (main course, dessert, non alcoholic drink).
2 dinners outside the hotel will be not included.
Lunch is not included.
Surf Coaching
There will be 5 surf lessons included in this package with one rest day in between.
During our retreats we cater different surfing levels, which means that the group may not always be together in the water. We will split the group if necessary in order to provide the best surf conditions to all our participants.
Our semi private lessons will guarantee a maximized amount of waves, attention, feedback and loads of fun in a safe and friendly environment.
Coached by professional male and female coaches passionate about teaching and helping you to achieve your surf goals for the week.
Board rental is included for the week!
Tours & Activities
There’s so much to do in Dominical and we are very excited to show you around!
In your package we have included a trip to the famous Nauyaca Waterfalls, one of our favorite (of many) waterfalls in the area.
A private yoga class and an hour therapeutic massage have also been included in your package.
Besides these planned activities, there’s a list of possibilities that you can try during your free time, like paragliding, SUP in the mangroves, bird watching, zip line through the jungle, rafting, Villas Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary and much more.

Analysis
2 photo/video sessions have been included in this package.
Watching yourself surf in video/photo combined with our feedback and land training is the best and fastest way to accelerate your surf knowledge and skills in a short amount of time.
We will upload the footage in a folder in Dropbox.com or WeTransfer. Feel free to bring your own flash drive if you like to take the images right away

YOU READY?
WHAT A DAY LOOKS LIKE...
7.00am - Wake up to the sound of the birds singing, stroll down the tropical lush gardens, watch the hummingbirds play as you get your coffee and enjoy your breakfast.
9.00am - We are going surfing! The van will be waiting outside the hotel and will bring you to your surfing destination.
9.30am - Enjoy the most epic views from the mountains embracing the seas, and surf some of the best waves you have ever seen in your life.
12.00pm - Time to go back to the hotel or to explore town, maybe chill by the pool, grab some lunch, take your siesta. This is your "you time", do as you please.
3.30pm - Let's watch the videos and analyse your surfing session, we'll assign you some clear targets on what to work on to improve your surfing everyday.
5.00pm - Sunset time, we'll hit the beach to watch nature's golden hour and maybe even have a margarita if you please!
6.30pm - Time for dinner!
9.00pm - Yes, we are sure you are ready for bed. Get some rest, we have a glorious day ahead!
